Torc is a streaming video platform, remote control, DVR frontend, and DVR manager all in one! Torc allows users of MythTV 0.25 and development versions of Torc, the popular open source DVR and media center platforms, to browse and view content at home or on the road.

Users can view full color preview images, listing data, and other essential content before choosing to play the material directly on mobile devices while on the road, or on their TV while at home. Never again will the user be on the road and unable to set the DVR to record-- simply fire up Torc, connect to your MythTV 0.25 or Torc DVR, and enjoy!

STREAMING NOTE: If streaming is not working for you, please, please read the support page page carefully. This is almost always because your backend is not compiled with the required options. If you still have trouble, please join the support group and post a question to get support.
